Anybody ever consider trying to run a board game night with Tabletop Simulator

I've been kind of fascinated with this thing since I first heard about it a couple months ago but didn't pick it up during the recent sales for some reason. It seems kind of incredible. It's just a physics sandbox that emulates an actual tabletop. Apparently the Steam Workshop has people making mods for a lot of popular board/tabletop games that are free to download.https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/bro ... ribers&p=1
I imagine a lot of that stuff is work in progress at this point, but holy shit what a great concept. It looks like Steam is actually taking some of the mods down, probably by publisher request cause the shit is so legit. The guy who uploaded some Magic the Gathering sets said they all got took down so he put them on a private server. I imagine with a little digging/research we could figure out how to run a proper game on this thing and it would probably be awesome.
