Oh boy, the only redeeming thing about that is the hint of January Jones' ta-tas.

She's hot, but I'm way too annoyed by Betty Draper to give a shit that she's hot.

The fact that Matthew Vaughn is directing it, I will give it the benefit of the doubt. Plus Kevin Bacon is in it. So the costumes don't look great. Before the first X-Men came out, everyone thought that the costumes looked like S&M props. That turned out fine.

No, the costumes from those other xmen movies always looked dumb. The new costumes just look even dumber which helps to decrease the original movies overall dumbness by comparison.

Xmen beware, here comes "penis-head" juggernaut and "old-man" magneto:

That Juggernaut costume was bad. I did not mind Magneto being old because Professor X was also old. Ian McKellen is an excellent actor as well, which brought something special to that role that another actor could not have.

I'll watch it. On DVD. Mostly cos Zoe Kravitz plays Angel. That's awesome. Mostly cos they changed the male role to a female one. Mixing it up. Wish Frost was played by a dude. Call him Adam Frost, not Emma Frost. But keep the two piece for an outfit.

Unless they're basing her on New X-Men? This is going to be an awesome trainwreck. Don't expect a sequel.

Edit: It's like having the original Uncanny X-Men was too boring... one dude shoots lasers from his eyes, a chick can levitate stuff, another can fly with Angel wings, another is called Ice-Man and Beast can... do stuff...

I won't judge too harsh but man... they better make some awesome movie magic. Especially putting Havok in there. They should have just done a reboot, like what Spiderman is doing.

Wasn't Magneto's helmet a defence against Charles anyway? Why would he have it at this point?

Maybe the twist where Magneto goes bad and Charles goes good? Like 60 minutes into the movie.

Hah, it looks like the director, Matthew Vaughn, didn't like the cast picture either. I guess it didn't get his approval or anything. Here's what he said about it:

I freaked out on them yesterday. I don't know where the hell that came from. I don't think it's a Fox image. It's not a pre-approved image. When I found out, I said, what the fuck is this shit, and Fox is running around trying to figure out what happened as well. I agree. It's like a bad photoshop, which maybe it was by someone. It didn't reflect the movie. I was shocked when I saw it. I was like ‘Jesus Christ'…

Just from those screens alone, this new movie is already more entertaining than the first three combined.

Of course there will be a sequel. Fox will keep pumping out X-Men movies until they go out of business, because they're still a huge franchise, and they'll never give them up to Disney.

I feel violated by that trailer. And adding insult to injury, they're releasing this abomination upon the world on my birthday. What an awful birthday present.

Beast looks horrible and I hate that dude from Wanted, I'm never watching this. Disappointing because Kevin Bacon is the man. They're actually having Mutants I like this time too, and what's up with 'The Man in Black'?
