Fargo

Postby Mr_eX » Oct 9th, 2015 @ 1:20pm

Season 2 starts Monday and season 1 was practically the best season of anything ever. Am I the only one that watches this?

2nd episode was great. The characters on this show are so good and it has probably the best directing on TV.

Yep, first two episodes were fantastic. That scene outside the car with the cop was stressful as hell.

Last nights episode was amazing. You should all feel bad for not watching what is shaping up to be the best season of a television series ever.

I have like a full year's worth of comic book shows to catch up on, otherwise I'd probably watch it. Nobody ever listens to me when I tell them shows are great tho, so fuck ya'll anyways.

Finished season 1. How is it even conceivably possible for season 2 to be better than that? There's actually no way.

First two episodes of season 2 were fine but have not grabbed me like the first season did. It's way more self serious. The black comedy from the first season is practically gone.

Season 2 starts slower than season one but once it gets going I feel like it gets better than season 1.

It's not the slowness that bothers me. The first season was "slow" too but almost every character in season 1 was immediately entertaining. Most of the characters in season 2 are... it's hard to explain, like everybody in the show is so concerned about something.

Alright, season 2 was actually incredible too. I thought the final few episodes were STRONG, particularly the finale. I also really like the way it expands on the mythology of the show. On a whole, tho, I still think I enjoyed season 1 more. I'm kind of at a loss just thinking about what they're going to do to top this ridiculousness in season 3.

I don't think it's possible for them to top what they've done so far. It may be down hill for the series from here on out.
