You can make up for it by having both Fitch's in the same podcast (or have Adam role play both for the lulz)

I wish there was video of Scott at the Gaga concert, man. That sounds fucking sad. ROCK OUT! Lose your wife! Find someone that looks vaguely like her and make out!

Was this Ryan Scott's first concert? I feel bad for the guy. It usually helps to go to concerts to people whose music you enjoy.

Edit: It also helps to be drunk.

I think it's great how they went from talking about how awesome Lady Gaga is to complaining about something being "style over substance". I get it though. Lady Gaga is a Madonna infused modern version of KISS.

What a clusterfuck of an episode, perfect fit for the first trips episode. For episode 222 you guys need to up the guest count to like 20 and just do a Giant Bomb style room full of dudes all swapping in and out of mic time.

Also, at product placement in my Geekbox!

I completely agree with Rydog about Sucker Punch. I'd call it a fun videogame/anime, but Snyder can't tell a story to save his life. And the ending was the real sucker punch, as it's really been about this one character who, frankly, I absolutely hated and didn't care about.

That's sad, it's been this long until Ryan's first concert. Your first concert should occur when you are 14 to 16 and drunk and occuring in a massive outdoor field, (middle of a closed down street is also acceptable) a stadium or a small club/bar.

My first concert was Front Line Assembly at the Trocadero in San Francisco (it doesn't exist anymore).

I didn't even want to go, really. I didn't know the band at the time, but my goth friends dragged me there. I think your first concert should be like your first beer or the first time you have sex... You may not enjoy it, and it may taste bad, but, eventually, you get used to it. Then you just let go and have fun. ;-)

Mmm, I can see that. My first concert was some local band from back home that I don't even remember the name to. It was in a big field back home with a makeshift stage and the afterparty happened down at the beach by Lake Huron. I was 14 and drunk, I remember the band being alright but nothing super but still had a lot of fun.

There was also two other local bands that opened, one had a pretty sick drummer and the other a decent guitarist.

Also is this the real Adam Fitch and why is he not a staffer or VIP yet? I'm looking at you Ryan Scott.

I believe my first concert was an Alice Cooper tribute act at my local rock club. Alice in Cooperland, IIRC.

This episode was aight. It was weird to hear Alice on the mic after being gone so long.

Do Karen and Justin have a head office for the magazine that they go to work at? Or is it one of these newer operations where they can work from home.

Gamepro has been around for a while dude. (I think about as long as EGM) Although it was rebooted with a new style and greater online integration with John Davison being the vice-president or something like a year and a half ago but he left last September.
