I love that Ryan was doing Shawn Elliot's Emo Nerd voice when he started reading the letter. And Scott was on fire this episode! 9/11! N-Words! Columbine!

Also if you guys are intrigued by The Human Centipede you should read up on A Serbian Film.

Dude has been on Retronauts before. I don't think it's a matter of being too cool for school.

Listened to half of the episode - so far it's pretty funny. I was afraid that there were going to be too many voices competing for speaking time, but this Bromley/Fitch combo is dynamite so far!

Better yet they could all watch A Serbian Film. It's not that hard to "acquire" it from the internet. It would make for some intresting show topic conversations

They can also check out Aftermath while they're at it (up on Netflix Instant Watch).

Unfortunately there's no Gay derby. We tend to keep the rivalries region specific (why bother hating on a team when their home town isn't within smashing distance??).

That list doesn't have the Tyne-Wear derby on there, so it is useless.

A rivalry doesn't have to be region specific (e.g. Arsenal and Manchester United got a rivalry back in 1990 when they had a big on pitch fight which then developed when a pizza was thrown at Man Utd's manager in the changing room), but derbies definitely do.

They could also sit down to the Guinea Pig series for good family fun.

This episode killed. It was fun finally hearing him on the Geekbox. About damn time. And it was awesome that he didnt completely take over the podcast, which I was almost afraid he was cuz he's has such an in-your-face personality. And I agree, Scott and Adam need to do some work together. haha. Maybe he can appear on The Comedy Button.

Adam should be to the Comedy Button what the Robot Guy was to Dave Chappelle.

I'm about two thirds of the way through and this way my first experience of S Bromley.

0.00 - 1.00 Was that really meant to be an impression of R Scott?
1.00 - 5.00 Ergh. Stop talking S Bromley. Oh wait, that was actually quite interesting. Ergh. Stop talking.
5.00 - 10.00 No really. Stop talking all the time.
10.00 - 25.00 He's stopped talking. Phew.
25.00 - 55.00 He's talking, but not all the time. He's actually not bad.

Huh?

I didn't like him that much at the beginning and part way through I've decided he's alright. My opinion changed.

Am I wrong for not liking him from the very beginning or am I wrong for liking him at the end? Or am I wrong for finding his R Scott impression crap?

At first I was like, "YES! SCOTT BROMLEY!!" And then I was like, "There goes Crazy Uncle Adam (worse than usual)." And then I was like, "Oh God, please don't bring up the bug stuff again, Karen. Please."

Man, Steampunk bashing AGAIN? Come on guys, it's a very small subculture. As a former LARPer, I've seen similar stuff for years; it's fun to see it at Maker Faire and such (when they were out in force for Beamish Museum's "Festival of Steam" I did find it hard to contain my laughter).

And, uh, the North's gay capital is Manchester; Canal Street in particular. So Brighton vs Blackpool is no kind of derby. Now, Newcastle vs Sunderland on Saturday, THAT will be a real derby. And possibly a bloodfest.

Hey, Adam. I remember that episode where He-Man thought he killed someone. I think the guy had no heartbeat or something like that. Poor guy didn't get to tell his story cause Bromley cut in. Great episode, though!
