When I heard "Alfred on the codec" all I could think was "Bruce? Bruce! BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE!"

Arkham Asylum is awesome. Batman is my favorite DC hero, and my high hopes for the game were met and exceeded. One of my favorite little touch in the game is how major events (mostly boss fights) cause some superficial damage which is then carried through the rest of the game. Batman's cape gets a little torn, or he gets scratches on his face, and it stays with him as you play.

Paul Dini has written just about everything in television and comics, including the He-Man comics that came with the 80's action figures and my favorite episode of post-1986-Movie G1 Transformers, "The Dweller in the Depths." He also created the sexy Minerva Mink from "Animaniacs" and is now one of the story editors for "Lost."

He is also married to Misty Lee, an illusionist who looks and dresses like Zatanna.

He is also a pretty nice guy who posed for this pic with me!

1. I watched Blizzcon streamed and I didn't buffer once. It was perfect.

2. It's called Blizzcon not WoWcon. Complaining about watching a starcraft panel instead of a WoW panel is dumb.

Good episode but I was hoping for more District 9 and Avatar trailer talk

Master Higgins, the 360 had a price drop today(pro is now $250 and elite is $300). Get that, xbox live gold account and a Netflix account and you'll be able to play Batman AND watch Grindhouse. There is no down side to this plan.

Am I understanding things correctly when you say there's a Batman game out there that doesn't suck? No way. It isn't possible. What's next? Duke Nukem Forever coming out? This must be a sign of the times for sure.

and 29 is the worst age ever. Being 33 now, I can still remember the horrors of it all. Nine more months till you're 30; six more months till you're 30 and on and on. The closer you get to your birthday, the worse it is. I can't imagine 39 being that bad. By then I will have already come to accept the reality of being an old fuck

Netflix on the 360 allows you to have a group session, voice chat during the movie, and your avatars are in a theater watching the film MST3K style. PSN....not so much.

It was refreshing to hear you guys talk about WoW in a non elitist hardcore way. I feel pretty much the same way as you all do about wanting to see all the cool content that they made for those old super hard raids but was never able to do because I didn't want to dedicate my life to a raiding guild. I haven't actually played WoW since Burning Crusade came out, but from what I hear they have done a pretty good job with making content available to everyone through the different difficulty levels. Though there are obviously those who say they ruined the game and made it too easy... but whatever. Cataclysm sounds really interesting and probably will get me back for a few months to check out all the new zones and stuff.

I enjoyed the wrestling-talk, mostly since it gave the WoW-talkers perspective on how they sound to some people. =)

Made some progress today as I attempted to drive for the first time. This dialogue really summed up the whole experience:

(After almost hitting a car while I tried reversing for the first time)
My husband Patrick: OH MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Me: I don't know!
Patrick: You don't know how reverse works? It's just like Burnout!
Me: I never reversed in Burnout! I hit cars and use NOS!

*Sigh* It was very scary. I think I just need more time getting the feel of it. Still need work on accelerating smoothly.

You guys ain't no wrestling Fans. Mike Cruz is full of crap, you don't know shit. Same goes for Fitch or Higgins I don't know which one was talkin cause they both sound the same. Freddie didn't say shit about having writing powers on RAW. Ultimate Warrior and Macho Man Randy Savage are both in Legends of Wrestlemania. And The Rock was known for NEVER EVER Having someone write his promos. The fact that you said that make me KNOW you don't know shit about wrestling, let whoever goes down to the events thats not you go cause you don't know shit.

Stick to videogames, lost, and Burn notice. things you know.

Oh and Fitch is so f'n negative its so Annoying, mute his mic and the show would be better.

So you have never sat with your friends during a horrible film and trashed it? You are missing some great moments with your friends.
