That movie release calendar is super helpful. With everything coming out through 2020 and beyond it is going to be tough keeping straight what will come out when.

How much of a chance do you think there will be for any of these movies being delayed because of script and casting issues? I cannot imagine the Marvel or DC cinematic universes are such well oiled machines that they will easily meet their release dates.

Great show guys, first time visitor of the forum and have a lot to say about the MCU!!

Im very happy about the Marvel annoucements. Especially Cpt Marvel if they can get Katee Sackoff it's a garanteed WIN!

Ill say this about Age of Ultron since the trailer is out, i have no idea where they are going with this movie, all i know is i want to see it now. Ultron looks like the best baddy they ever produced (im sure Thanos will be the best after) i think this movie will end on a major cliffhanger that will help start off Civil War.

Chris Evans will die in Civil War or Infinity War Pt.1 paving the way for Sebastian Stan to become Cap (he has to..i mean 9movie deal and he's only been in 2)

Doctor Strange, i don't know much about him, it's my least favorite announcement, ill still go opening night but... meh

Black Panther, Great casting choice, don't know much about his stories, with the introduction of Dr.Strange and eventually the Inhumans they could go some kind of Illuminati route, donno though..

Guardians 2, Thanos will be involved somehow, he won't be the main baddy but he's going be a part of it. I hoping for a Adam Warlock reveal or Quasar (end credit scene for GOTG points to Adam). Would love to see Nova too but i think they can keep that for phase 4. Just imagine Annihilation War right after Infinity War pt 2... would be a great story to move forward with after the badass saga that will be Infinity Gauntlet.

I think Thor dies in Ragnarok and we witness a new Thor rising (female!?). Thanos will be pulling the strings but the main baddy will be Surtur and Thanos will use this event to sneak in and steal the Tessaract and gauntlet. Other possibility is Thor retires and becomes King of Asgard (what's left of it) and names a new Thor replacement to protect the 9 realms.

Captain Marvel, like i said earlier, Katee Sackoff.. /profit

Im also excited about Inhumans however, how can they pulloff a good Inhumans story without Xmen (or Xmen franchise). I think War of Kings is a GREAT Inhumans story but without Xmen, Shi'ar and Skrulls, you can't pull it off at all.

And for Infinity War, i think part 1 will be utter chaos and destruction, the Avengers (and everyone else) will try and prevent Thanos from getting the final gem and will fail and part 2 will just be a massive fight to stop him causing a lot of death within our heroes (if Thor or Cap don't die in their respective movies, they will here)

Kinda like Benedict Cumberbatch, she would play a role people have seen her play before (in a way), In Sherlock, Cumberbatch plays a very similr role to Dr.Strange and Sackoff played a similar role in Battlestar Galactica, at least, the air force pilot one, obviously not the superhero part.

That's why i think it would be a good casting choice

Katheryn Winnick is the clear choice for fancasting Captain Marvel.


I like Cumberbatch a lot, but I really dislike him as Stephen Strange. His voice is great but he's the wrong look with his weird lizard face. In my perfect world, his negotiations will fall through and we'll get Oded Fehr as Strange. :3
